Grime Wizard™ Hi-Tech
All Purpose Cleaner works on all kinds of carpets with any nap thickness
or texture. The key to mixing Grime Wizard™ Hi-Tech All Purpose
Cleaner with water is to only add 1/3rd cup of concentrate to 5 gallons
of water to put in your machines. This cuts down on foam and since
the concentrate is so powerful, will do the job of any other industrial
carpet cleaner out there.
A 50/50 mix with water
can be used as a spot cleaner where grease spots, food spills, and
other soils may be heavy. We recommend that you spray the spot area
and let it set a few minutes for the cleaner to work its way into
the fibers to separate the grease based grime from the carpet fibers
before using your carpet cleaning machine to finish the job. Not all
stains or spots are removable from carpets, as they may become permanently
stained depending on what the stain was caused by and the type of
dye that was in the stain causing spill.
Grime Wizard™ Hi-Tech
All Purpose Cleaner has no odor, so it will not put the nasty carpet
cleaning chemical odors into your carpets. This makes it ideal for
the home owner as well as the industrial carpet cleaner in making
sure a building or living space does not become toxic from fragrances
and other chemicals.
For the industrial carpet
cleaner, this product will save you money over other products you
may use. We also sell Grime Wizard™ Hi-Tech All Purpose Cleaner
in bulk gallon containers, so this product is ideal for the industrial
user.
Schools, office buildings,
government facilities, retail stores, as well as the normal household
will benefit from using this cleaner over others as it does not add
any toxicity to the environment when used, but is also a fantastic
cleaner, so will do the job you need it to do.
Tile floors can also be
cleaned using Grime Wizard™ Hi-Tech All Purpose Cleaner. We recommend
using 1/4 cup of concentrate to 5 gallons of water for mop water,
automatic scrubbers, or for power tile cleaners. Some specialty tiles
such as marble and a few others that may have finishes on them should
be spot tested in an out of the way location to make sure it does
not remove a finish on the tiles. This cleaner is a very strong cleaner,
even in diluted form, so using less concentrate is always the best
rule to use for most jobs. There is no added color in our cleaner,
so no dye will transfer to floors that are absorbent.
Terra Cotta tile, vinyl
flooring, Formica flooring, and even wood flooring can be cleaned
with this cleaner.
This cleaner is compatible
with all known carpet and power tile cleaning machines when it has
been diluted as recommended above.
